　　新华网郑州3月14日电“辣条”，最近被网民称为“史上最牛零食”。
　　这种袋装小食品看似不起眼，却出现在几乎所有菜市场、小卖部的货架上，在网店里也卖得十分火爆，甚至已开始走向国际市场。其消费群体数以百万计，主体是各地中小学生、农村留守儿童。人们不禁担心，“辣条”卫生吗?
　　新华社记者赶赴辣条生产集聚地，对此展开调查。
　　“火得不得了”VS“脏得不得了”——辣条的“双面人生”
　　每到放学，走出校门的第一站，北京小学生小明(化名)都是走进校门西侧的小卖店：“老板，一包辣条。”掏出一元钱，小明撕开包装，拿出一根辣条放进嘴里，顺带舔了舔沾上油腻的手指头。走出小卖店，回家的路上有不少和他一样边走边吃辣条的同学。
　　“小学生的必备食品，童年的记忆。”对囊中羞涩的学生族而言，小包装辣条真是“便宜又好吃”的美味。记者走访北京、河南等地十余所中小学校，发现校门口的小卖店里都摆满了各种品牌的辣条。“好卖得很，至少每天能卖几十包!”一小卖店老板说。
　　“买了一百包辣条，有钱，就是任性”“好吃到停不下来”……在微博里，包含“辣条”的微博数量高达300多万条，这些拿辣条开涮的段子层出不穷，吸引不少原本不知辣条为何物的人纷纷下单网购，多款辣条产品销量过万。在某电商网站的销售指数中输入“辣条”，相关关键词的搜索量曾高达20.7万，而55%的喜好购买人群在18岁至24岁之间。
　　“辣条倍儿有国际范，老外都爱吃。”去年下半年，美国亚马逊网站上爆出了一张格外抢眼的图片。一包在国内仅售5毛钱的辣条，在美国却以超过10倍的价格售卖。一时间，这种“面筋加辣油”制成的小零食身价倍增，成功上演“走出国门，征服世界”的逆袭，在“80后”“90后”群体中更是掀起了持续热议。
　　在知名度飙升的同时，有关辣条食品安全问题的争议却从未停止。
　　“脏得不得了。”这是不少受访者对于辣条的第一印象。网友“潮汐君”宣称，自己亲身实验试吃十包辣条并记录下整个过程，“全部吃完大约用了一个半小时，之后从晚上7点一直腹泻至深夜12点，次日去医院被诊断为急性肠胃炎。”而在亚马逊网站上，一些外国消费者留言表示，吃辣条后出现腹泻等症状。
